Subject: Gary Wolinetz
Date: January 23rd, 1993
Location: Tampa, United States of America
Subject was observed in a convenience store between 2:33 and 2:40 AM. During
his time there, he took a small candy bar from the store without paying for it.
His crime was reported to the police. When a patrol car found the Subject, he
fled. After a short chase, the pursuing officer claims he saw the Subject
reaching for what might have been a weapon. Subject was shot three times, and
died before an ambulance arrived.
And thus justice was done.
